The system analyzes text and and users' questions with Natural Language Processing algorithms.
It also allows users to vote the best answer and add additional answers.
Learns to rank the answers using the votes given by the users with Machine Learning.
Suggests questions the user may be interested in.
Routes unanswered questions to users that may be able to answer them because they answered similar ones.
